Terms of Use (EULA)

This English text is provided for convenience only. The Turkish version at gallerici.app/kosullar is the binding text and prevails in case of any discrepancy.

These Terms of Use form a legal agreement between GalericiApp ("the App") and you ("the User"). By installing or using the App, you accept these terms.

1. What the Service Is

GalericiApp is a mobile application, together with its API service, that lets car dealerships and rent-a-car businesses manage their vehicle inventory, expenses, sales and reporting digitally.

2. Accounts and Responsibility

• You must be 18 or older to open an account.
• You are responsible for keeping the information you give us accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account.
• If you notice suspicious access, tell us through the contact page.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

• The free plan can be used indefinitely and comes with a limited set of features.
• Paid plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions renew automatically; unless cancelled, they renew for the same period at the end of the current one.
• Cancellation is done in your store settings; after cancelling, premium features stay active until the end of the current period.
• Refund requests are subject to Apple and Google policies. App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play: payment history in your account.
• Plan limits (vehicles, employees, sales) apply immediately when you change plans.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following is not allowed:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise recover the source code of the App
• Overloading the service in a way that harms it (DDoS, bots and similar)
• Attempting to access other users' data without authorisation
• Entering false customer information (fake national ID numbers and similar)
• Uploading illegal content or details of stolen vehicles
• Infringing copyright or impersonating someone else's account

Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or closed without warning.

5. Your Content

• You own the data you upload (vehicle photos, expense invoices, contracts and so on).
• You confirm that you hold the rights needed for that data to be processed in the App.
• GalericiApp has the right to store, display and process this content in order to provide the service.
• When you delete your account, your content is permanently deleted after the legal retention period (10 years).

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses these third-party services:

• Apple App Store / Google Play: payment processing
• RevenueCat: subscription status management
• Google AdMob: advertising (free plan only)

Each of these services has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply to your use of them.

7. Limitation of Liability

GalericiApp provides the service "as is". To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect damages caused by service interruptions.
• In case of data loss, we restore from the most recent 30-day backup.
• Our liability is limited to the amount the user paid over the last 12 months.

We know your data matters — we recommend backing up critical data regularly via Excel export (Professional plan and above) or as PDF.

8. Closing Your Account

• You can delete your account at any time from inside the App (Profile → Delete Account).
• If you are the company owner, you must first remove the other employees or transfer ownership.
• All your data is deleted within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

9. Changes

If we make significant changes to these terms, we will give you at least 30 days' notice in the App or by email. Continuing to use the App after that notice means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
